Scope of Services. Through this Site, Staytuned Rental markets and arranges Exotic Car Rentals, Car Rentals, Chauffeur Services, Boat Rentals, Party Boat Rentals, Black Car Service, Limo Services. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://blackcarservicelosangeles.com is the property of Staytuned Rental or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Staytuned Rental's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Staytuned Rental from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of CA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in CA.
